GRAND LAKES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION


A small quiet neighborhood in horse farm country nestled against a beautiful lake just minutes from the city, conveniences and Parkland Parks. Full of kids and adults of all ages we pride ourselves on the laid back Lake Life in the middle of the city.

  • THE NEW WEBSITE HAS GONE LIVE! (Bare with us as we continue to make improvements)

  • We are looking for nominations for New Board Members, fill out a contact form to nominate someone. (Update).... Due to not having enough households for a quorum at our Annual Mtg. we will be sending out proxy voting forms shortly. This will allow everyone to vote to approve our budget as well as new board members.

  • We will be establishing several committees and are asking for homeowner volunteers. No requirement to be on the board. Click on CONTACT US to let us know if you would like to volunteer for a Committee.

    • Committees are as follows:

        • Architectural Review Committee

        • Covenants Committee

        • Landscape & Beautification Committee

        • Holiday Decorating Committee

We had a great turn out for our Annual Meeting!

Unfortunately we did not meet our quorum required for an official vote. We will post meeting minutes and more info about proxy voting shortly. A big Thank You to everyone who came out!

  • We have a contract with Paragon Property Management Company and will be incorporating them in our day to day processes. We are looking forward to their assistance and guidance as we establish revisions to our Bylaws and Covenants from the original Developers.

  • We are creating a Covenants Committee that will review all of our existing Covenants and set a process for requests, revisions and appeals.
